Reserve Before You Sell with Hamptons

We know that buying a new home can be stressful, particularly when you have a property to sell. You can reserve a new home at Skylarks, in five easy steps.

1 - Visit Skylarks, Rottingdean, and find the home for you!

2 - Agree reservation terms on your property of choice at Skylarks. Discuss time frames for hold period, exchange, and completion.

3 - Your home will then be valued by Hamptons, or an agent appointed by them. You will agree marketing price and terms for your existing property:

• Valuation process, through to full listing – 2 weeks

• Viewings and to agree a sale – 3 weeks

4 - Pay your reservation fee to secure the property at Skylarks. Your new home will be held for a total of 5 weeks, enabling you to secure a sale on your existing property. Reservation fees (fully refundable, T&C’s apply)*

• Up to £1,000,000 - £2,500

• Over £1,000,000 - £5,000

5 - Once you have agreed a sale on your existing property, you will complete full reservation paperwork for your new home at Skylarks and move through to our standard terms and conditions.

*Reservation fees will be fully refundable until full reservation paperwork has been completed and accepted.
